      Pros

      Inter-Con has been a great company to work for. They are flexible with my schedule and give me the opportunity to handle the other areas of my life (family, school) and I'm in position to be in law enforcement because of Inter-Con. I've worked for other security companies and Inter-Con is the best. The pay and benefits are great, the supervisors and corporate people are good, and the paperwork is minimal (very important). Thank you.

      Easy money, good way to get your clearance, network w/gov't employees and contractors

      Cons

      Very unstable work weeks, horrible management, absence of communication at many times, horrible accrual of sick leave, dumb rules for using leave, and the list goes on and on.
