Nice coworkers

Pros

Finance/Accounting Department - Coworkers are nice and helpful, creating a positive, collaborative work environment. VP and controller tried to maintain flexibility even though company is not (i.e. work schedules, etc.).

Cons

Company did not treat employees as professionals - not flexible with work schedules. Benefits were not good - no matching 401(k), minimal paid holidays and you can't even leave early on the day before a holiday. Dress code - business attire (slacks, ties for men, no sleeveless shirts or capris for women, all even in 100 degree summer weather) Mon-Thurs even though we don't interact with clients, business casual Friday which is khakis (NO jeans) and nice shirt.
