      Pros

      Good money Top Secret Clearance If this is not your end goal, earn the money , get your clearance, finish your degree(s), certifications etc and get out ASAP.

      Cons

      Management creates an us vs them atmosphere with the officers Schedule that changes at any time. Absolutely terrible shoes, given that you stand 8 to 12 hours this is a pretty big deal. Ridiculously high turn over rate at Main State.

      Pros

      A good way to start in security, the pay was good before health and welfare was taken away.

      Cons

      Some unprofessional employees make everyone look bad, favortism, no room for growth, felt like I didn't learn anything or have the proper training for a while, when there is a problem and you have to follow the chain of command your problem never gets above a certain level and never gets solved
