They move you from you post with not discipline action just because they want. If you are color you be ok , the scucheler is the color , so he has preferences.

The post I worked is primarily customer service based, which is right up my alley. I enjoy being the smiling face people get to see on a regular basis.

Cons

It can be slow and monotonous but that is part of being a security guard. If nothing happens, it's a good day. It's not a bad gig, just not for me.

Some sites have good captains and willing to work with your schedule and accommodate your needs

Cons

No paid time off or sick leave and no pay raises but the plus side is this is the highest paying salary for an unarmed officer with no other permits.
