They really take care of u..So long u are a good security guard and don't call off, they take care of u..

Cons

A little bit disorganized.. Not structured right.. Too many people are in charge.. Payroll needs to calculate checks right.. Scheduling department needs to be fix..

Great training, o.k. pay depending on the contract

Cons

Will cut your hours from 40 to 32, and will try to cut them even more if you're not at a fixed site. Officers have gone from 32 hours to 24 hour so management doesn't have to pay vacation, or benefits. Management plays favorites, and if they don't like you, they will pick on you to weed you out.

Pros

Compensation is the only pro for this job. Even that is lacking compared to what the government pays them per man hour.

Cons

Company lacks structure as well as a feedback system. There are numerous pay issues that seem to always go unresolved for entirely to long. There is a lack of leadership as well and no structure to policy. Supervision is questionable and unwilling to give concrete instruction as they do not wish to assume any responsibility in decision making.
