Hours seem abundant due to horrible nanagement of hiring and scheduling.

Cons

Pay rate is horrendous compared to what the state of CA client pays IC. $11an hour for employee out of $28, come on guys.

Excellent Pay, Top Secret Clearance will be obtained provided the employee passes his or her background check.

Cons

Poor management, horrible schedule with long shifts without water and stnading for 12 hours per day, incinsistent schedule.

Pros

Plenty of hours. No micromanaging. Employer genuinely seems to care about employee welfare. Good pay, honest company. Time off when requested. I enjoy the people I work with, and the location as well.

Cons

Not too many cons relating to company itself. Sometimes people call off for personal reasons, and you may get asked to work their shift on short notice, but it's always a request, never an order. The contracted uniform service can also be spotty with sizes/cleaning, but once again, that's not actually Inter-Con. If you ask for a new uniform size they'll get you a new one.
