Pros

Learning skills for future employment, working with Bob Smart

Cons

Faulty equipment, SLOW computers, promised gear but never provided, cliquish leadership, lack of acknowledgement for great performance, constant threats from leadership, selective policy enforcement, lying to guards, sneaky behavior by management, egomaniacal operations managers, promoting GREEN guards immediately because they know someone (Nepotism), PLATITUDES GALORE, lack of communication (leadership to guards, oncoming shifts, expectations), NO CURRENT (within YEARS) POST ORDERS, firing the wrong people, hiring the wrong replacements, recruiter lies to everyone, RETALIATION, no backbone with client so specialists suffer, favoritism, oversized pay gap between dispatch and field, and on... and on...

Pros

I met a lot of great guards.

Cons

The pay was low considering how much responsibility I was taking on. They take full advantage of their employees and will stretch them thin with work. On top of this, I they failed to include my PTO hours on my final paycheck, and I was never paid the mileage that I was owed for using my personal vehicle.
