Great company! Benefits and pay are better than most private security companies. The management are excellent and show appreciation to officers who perform. Field supervisors are professional, and show the highest level of integrity.

Cons

PTO doesn’t roll over, but it’s not terrible.

From day one from the interview to my on boarding experience, training everything has been impeccable. Inter- Con is a great company and really cares about its employees and clients. One of the most professional security companies in San Antonio. Great wages for armed and unarmed security guards and advancement opportunities.I would 10/10 recommend this security company to someone looking for a long term security job.

Cons

May work in inclement weather conditions.
