threatening your job every day , don’t care about employees, lost wages. Inexperienced managers and inappropriate Sexual relationships with PM and Management.

Cons

If you're not proactive regarding your success, addicted to your phone, hate the elements, can't stand for 12 hours at a time or stay awake, then do not apply for this job, you will not last long. Also, if you have a problem with authority/chain of command settings, you're going to struggle. They will not hold your hand, you mess up, they will not hesitate to write you up or fire you.
