Pros

You will get a TS clearance, IF you can withstand the job long enough

Cons

They've gotten worse with giving you your mandatory 45 minute break. Favoritism is real, if the supervisors don't know you they will treat you terrible, Alot of the supervisors power trip and will deliberately try to hold you extra hours on your shift if they don't like you. Supervisors are VERY rude some wont even speak to you but this is supposed to be your leadership? You will get written up for everything even if its the supervisors fault. It's a terrible job, i'd rather be a maintenence worker to get a clearance than to ever work for this company again

Pros

Intercon is a good company to work for so far. They pay well ,and have a good benefits package. They have these little raffles for employee of the month . But it's a world wide thing so you have a better chance of winning the lottery than winning the employee of the month. But overall it's a good company.

Cons

Site management is no help for not follow up concerns. There are more Chiefs than Indians working at my site. Not willing to change your schedule for a better a LIFE to WORK balance.

Pros

Pay, Benefits, Experience, HR, onboarding

Cons

Micro management to the tea, finger pointing - you will be thrown under the bus countless times, lack of motivation - you just drilled about the accounts in what’s going on with them on a daily basis, threats to employees, there’s a whole laundry list of toxicity, just like the other review said. You get burnt out being a recruiter, nobody ever smiles, or talks in the meetings, at least act how real people talk in a workplace??? everybody’s too afraid to say something and it should never be that way. Inexperienced, supervisors, inexperienced executive teams, not knowing to handle the HR team. INEXPERIENCED DIRECTORS. It’s a whole mess. My advice is to stay away. You save a lot of gray hairs and headache, finding another job who cares about your worth.
