Easier way to get your TS, but be careful they may expect you to pay out if you leave earlier.

Cons

A lot of shady stuff is going on. New people are having a hard time getting hours. People who have been there for years are having a time getting 36/39 hours since they no longer pay for your Meal Breaks since they removed guard mount. Have to make sure you get your hours, if you've been on contract longer than 9 months, you are required at least 36 hours. Be careful they, the scheduler, could shortchange your hours to 35 which if knocks you out of receiving quarterly bonuses.

Guaranteed 40 hours a week. The choice to do LMS. Meet a lot of nice people. We at SA-20 work as a team.. I was able to purchase my home working here. I've had good and bad times since I've worked here but my good out weighed my bad. I've been working here since 2002 and I'm grateful for my job. I enjoy what Ido.

Cons

Not paying for our meal break. (MB) Taking 45 minutes off our holiday pay. Not receiving bonus on time.
