Pros

Good pay , steady hours, Good manager

Cons

The biggest problem is we don't know how to comunícate when we need replacement uniforms. Also we feel some times schedulers are on our throats if we don't clock in or out exactly on time. I think we need a little leway line 5 minutes before or after your shitf. If you don't clock on time at the 1 minute mark they are blowing up your cell phone without even knowing what thw issue might be and all they tell you to do is clock out. They don't ask if your on a last minute call or working OT, its just clock out or else.

Poor Communication

Pros

There is an extremely low barrier to entry. They will not help you acquire the private security cert, but they will hire basically anyone who can obtain it.

Cons

The communication is very poor. They use a proprietary app for scheduling, clock punching, and writing and logging reports. The uniforms are uncomfortable, and look ridiculous. Typical corporate security officer contractor uniforms.
