Pros

Good leadership, they always make sure you’re comfortable during the learning process. Amazing communication, SIOC is always on top of everything during weekends.

Cons

Nothing really, I’d probably just say come prepared to work with your own food and that’s it gotta consume the right energy when patrolling a huge building’s interior and exterior.

The Inter-Con Security company has many good reasons to work for/with them. A few of these points would be good benefits, a well structured company which gives many opportunities for advancement within its ranks. The supervisors and main office personnel are also always available for assistance in many issues and situations.

Cons

The scheduling can be a bit here and there at first with training and starting out but a more stable schedule is available shortly after. The training is flexible to assist with completing it

The trainers for orientation are top notch, that is all. if you have to work for them, its best as a contractor that barely has to have interaction with the main office because they are stupid.

Cons

constantly lied to us, our paychecks were missing money always, at the end of the contract we had to sue them. they would rather get sued then make things right.
