      Easy shifts, friendly people,hard working environment

      Cons

      Some guards do not take the job seriously and can ruin it at times for you but as long as ur doing ur part you feel fine

      Pros

      The salary "was" top in class but now it's not so the only other pro I have is the site where I work and the schedule.

      Cons

      Cost/benefits ratio changed for the worse. Leadership is non-existent when it comes to dealing with personnel problems (Toxic/Lazy employees). Upward mobility is limited.

      Pros

      At the particular client contract where I work there are excellent pay and benefits. The client has a matching program for our 401K. There's a culturally diverse mix of team members, and plenty of room to move up in the company.

      Cons

      Limited lateral moves on various shifts. On-call for extra shifts is expected of full-time and part-time employees due to man power shortage.
