HR department is non existent and no career growth possibilities, political system and no meritocracy. Terrible pay.

New stadium, cool perks with tickets and events

Cons

Low pay, horrible work life balance, unqualified leadership, reports of sexual harassment ignored, high pressure to meet deadlines, micromanagement. HR is not interested in being helpful to any department but their own. Issued swept under the rug, and people pushed out. People burn out very quickly here
