The culture of Inter Miami is collaborative and friendly. Everyone is hardworking and passionate about furthering the success of the Club, both on and off the pitch.

Cons

As a newer organization, it can sometimes feel like a startup in that it's "all hands on deck" for certain projects (although this is not a con for everyone)
