Personally, the stadium is too beautiful, his team is growing. But something I must say is its workers are pessimistic, starting with their superiors, they are the worst, they treat their employees very badly, they humiliate them in front of the public no matter what, they are human beings who should not be mistreated. For those people who are the worst and make the name of INTER MIAMI leaving them badly…. I ask that justice be made to those people who do not fear God and mistreat others badly

Great merchandise and color scheme

Greedy and careless ownership, poor culture, clear division between staff members, no commission - ownership decided they’d rather their whole sales staff quit after selling the majority of inventory without paying them any commission so they could hire new people and not have to pay them too much commission if any at all, was told we were not allowed to bring up being furloughed when clients asked why they hadn’t heard from us in so long because it made the club look bad, expected to work overtime for free or cut hours during actual selling hours for last minute events we were forced to work, the list of cons could really go on forever

the gear is cool and the office is in a good location

Cons

Jorge Mas is arguably the worst owner in all of sports. Have worked for multiple organizations and my gosh he is greedy, shady, and lacks empathy. He might actually find a way to ruin a destined for greatness organization by just being involved.
