Management work hard to make a positive & family oriented - yet professional atmosphere. Everyone seems to genuinely respect one another within management which sets a good tone for others to imitate - resulting in a really nice place to work.

Cons

I really can't complain about anything. As long as you are an honest & hard working person - this really is a nice place to work. Though I guess I could mention a lot of the work is seasonal - so that could be a drawback to some. Keep in mind though that if you do well - you will continue to be called back - then it can turn into a regular position without lay-offs.
