The doctors and back office staff are great!

Cons

Double booked schedule, rarely get a raise, impossible to get a bonus. They work you really hard and it's hard on the body. A lot of employee turnover.

''We can always find someone else" No respect or regard for an employee. Even a doctor. Just a number! Work long hours for low pay.

Monthly bonus for meeting office production goals, overtime if desired (at some offices), management will back you up

Cons

Pressure to create profit, busy Dr schedules, under staffed, feel under appreciated at times, managers have too much on their plate, busy/hectic work environment
