*Great to get your foot in the door into HR. *[Dir HR] (though tough to work with at times) is extremely knowledgable and capable, the HR team would be nothing without him. *Benefits are average. *The Human Resources team is phenominal, except one particular person.

Cons

*401k is nonexistent. *No opportunity for growth. *Management [CHRO] is very good at doing nothing and pushing all the work on everyone else. If it isn't done the way he wants it, expect all your hard work to be tossed into the trash. Extremely toxic "leader". *Piggyback every other review in Human Resources, I feel extremely bad for the current team. *Long hours, confusion in management's instructions (They do not know what they want and expect the team to follow through) *If you push back, prepare to be mentally abused. The previous reviews about Human Resources are not to be taken lightly.
