Pros

Some benefits but no retirement or 401K. Five paid days off per year after a years employment and no paid holidays.

Cons

No support from corporate level management. Will tell you what you want hear but do absolutely nothing.Fired me without so much as any written or verbal warning after maintaining their property BY MY SELF FOR OVER A YEAR! Saw many fine people get fed up and quit including the on-site manager and assistant manager both in the same week! Steer clear of this bunch! They will work you half to death and then fire you if you complain or comment about how the conduct buisness!

Good Company to Work For, BUT, Stressful

Pros

There is a lot of opportunity to move-up. They have really good benefits. Upper management is approachable but not always available.

Cons

Their above property and property level staffing are stretched very thin in order to save money. There is not much support when properties are having staffing issues (which is extremely high in the hotel industry). Difficult to balance work and personal life. Can become very stressful and overwhelming to keep property operating with lack of proper staffing, training and still be in compliance with constantly changing policies. When voicing concerns and needs to above property, they do not offer any real solutions or support, only suggestions.
