Teams are incredibly collaborative and always willing to help, Remote work which helps create a great work-life balance. The company provides internal opportunities to growth as well as employees are encouraged to voice their ideas or questions. Company offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Cons

While the overall communication is good, there are occasional lapses between departments, which can lead to confusion or delays on certain projects. It would be great to see more consistent cross-team communication.
