Pros

A very welcoming group of people. They encourage questions and to learn new things.

Cons

Hard to progress in job position. Not great pay. Very unorganized with many aspects.

Pros

Use of leave is encouraged, 3 add'l vacay days given in summer time, decently happy hours/snacks provided

Cons

sr. mgmt complete mess, low compensation, no raises/bonuses, meager benefit package, no 401K match & can't touch any contributed funds until you leave the company (WTF)

Pros

I had an incredible boss and some great co-workers who I consider good friends to this day. Salary was fair and we partnered with some very cool companies. They were pretty flexible with scheduling and vacation. Overall, I enjoyed working there.

Cons

There was a lot of turnover. People sometimes felt under-valued by management. Benefits were decent, not great. There were a few affairs with upper management that became common knowledge; that was less than beneficial for company culture -- but didn't affect me.
