I would write something but there is nothing to write that is positive in nature. This business is failing and the managers are helping speed it up.

This company is a bunch of performance artists that pretend like they are running a business but are just goofing off. STAY AWAY if you are a serious professional.

Company culture (3 extra vacation days in summer, office parties). Open to ideas .

Cons

Top heavy company with managers that have no leadership skills. Strategy is never consistent. Engaging work but not enough people to get it all done.
