Pros

Very good incentives, strong account management teams, hands-on partners who are all-in for the company's success

Cons

Some disjointed processes here and there, some opportunities to modernize physical and web-based tools, but this is small potatoes compared to how wicked it is to work at iR

Mature team that understands technology made the process a breeze and enjoyable vs. many other agencies I have worked with.

Cons

There was nothing negative about my experience.

Pros

Creative environment where motivated team players thrive! Unlimited growth potential and a solid commission & bonus plan. Definitely the best agency I have worked with and couldnt be happier with my decision to join iR.

Cons

The benefits package I would say is average, however still competitive.
