Really nice people and great team

Cons

- The company has no strategy on growing and focuses a lot on their apprenticeship program at a time where companies don’t have any interest in apprentices/juniors. Focus on the other people actually bringing in money. - Benefits are horrible (likely because they can’t afford anything better) - No 401k match - Constant worry of being laid off
