If you like abusive workplaces, apply to work here. Witnessed employee being made fun of because of his height & harassed by other employees. PTO is low considering the quota of clients your expected to see every day.

Demanding, the pay is high but much will be demanded, to a point of wondering if it's worth it.

The pros: *You will be paid well * the agency provides free in-house clinical trainings (as long as staff can clear their schedules to attend as long as you're hitting your session quotas.

Cons

You will be spammed daily with at least three types of multiple e-mails, all with the title of either: URGENT, NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION, or ACTION REQUIRED, and it will take time to figure out which ones need response within the day, and which ones can be answered in 24hrs. *There are no training opportunities outside of the 9-5pm time range, though the clinic has staff working as early as 8am, and as late as 9pm. Therapists are asked to schedule clients back to back during the day, but there are no trainings available after 5pm....
