      They offer retirement plans and health insurance

      Cons

      Upper management SUCKS! They don’t care about their employees. All they care about is making money and meeting monthly quotas. Not only do they not care about their employees they don’t care about the patients. They see them as $. They have unrealistic expectations when it comes to how many patients you see a day. Once again all about $ and not about providing service.

      Pros

      You get to work with a diverse population that will challenged and motivate you to continue to learn about several different modalities/approaches. Occasional trainings. Senior staff is moderately supportive.

      Cons

      You essentially are expected to see 7-8 people a day, which means overtime is unavoidable as you are expected to complete treatment plans and progress notes. Turnover appears to be a high, which makes sense, but unfortunate for clients.
