      Wide variety of experience dealing with members of low income populations, good way to get supervised hours towards higher license.

      Cons

      Only get noticed if you do something wrong, no formal training opportunities. Not much chance for upward mobility.

      Pros

      The other therapists are fantastic, and genuinely care about the welfare of their clients. The group supervision is and always has been the highlight of my week, since there's so many incredible coworkers with diverse viewpoints and expertise to learn from.

      Cons

      The administration and program heads have been intolerable ever since the clinic became a CCBHC clinic. They tried to withhold promised raises due to numbers being too low, and gaslight you into thinking that you're the problem. It's made anything related to CCBHC become a nightmare.
