      Pros

      Interclypse has been wonderful to me. They offer very competitive salaries and benefits package. The on-boarding process is streamlined and painless. Senior management and HR are always easy to reach and helpful. They hire talented people and keep them! The in-office meetings are informative and fun. The company participates in charity events and promotes a healthy lifestyle.

      Cons

      I have not experienced any downsides to working here.

      - Diverse and inclusive leadership team - Tons of opportunities to grow personal skillsets across technical and non-technical aspects - Benefits are the best I've seen in my 13-year career - Long-term, steady growth-minded leadership, unique to the GovCon industry - New 12K sq. office - Two 34" stretch monitors at all desks in the office (I love them!) - Dynamic recruiting approach where we're linked to a non-profit focused on cultivating the next generation of IT, Cyber, and Engineering professionals prior to their college graduation

      I have been working for the company for over 10 years and have been challenged to grow in my career all the while given the freedom to learn and improve.

      Cons

      None, pressure is applied with appropriate assistance and encouragement. As the company has grown we continue to work better as a distributed team.
