      Pros

      Interclypse is a great employer that empowers its employees to choose their own career path. They look out for their employees and really listen to feedback and continually improve. Interclypse seems to be in it for the long haul and employ the right people to solve the problems of their customers exceedingly well.

      None that I have seen in my 5+ years employment.

      I have been working for the company for over 10 years and have been challenged to grow in my career all the while given the freedom to learn and improve.

      Cons

      None, pressure is applied with appropriate assistance and encouragement. As the company has grown we continue to work better as a distributed team.
