Long working hours. No work life balance. High turnover rate. No career progression.

Good cafeteria. Office is on interstate.

Cons

Long working hours (Strictly 9 hours). No work from home policy. After office support. Weekend work. Stressful, toxic and politicized work environment. Self serving incompetent mangers treat team members like trash. No knowledge sharing among team members. No documentation. Learn the system hard way. Compared to number hours you work (9 hours + After office support+ Weekend work) the bonus (~15-20%) is a peanut. No career progression at all. High turnover rate.
