Work life is good and it's depend upon the process you for. Good ambience in office and food is provided at discounted price and fruits and biscuits are available at any time .Good Compensation as per Market.

Cons

Management is not good . Only those people who are favourite to them will get chances hikes and others will not promotions that easily.Worklife balance is not that good. For holidays need to ask month before in order to get them approved.
