Pros

Giant international corporation with unlimited resources. Multiple locations around the country and the globe with tons of jobs that are open for internal transfer (with some considerations). Generally high pay range.

Cons

Giant international corporations treat you as an unlimited resource. They use "Unlimited PTO" model for Sick and Vacation time, which I feel is a misnomer and a disingenuous concept as a whole. Unrealistic fixation on making employees use AI with no clear plan or direction on how it should happen.

Pros

Solid overall compensation package including competitive benefits, health coverage and 401k, plus a good bonus structure.

Cons

Management structure is fairly typical for a company of this size. Experience can vary significantly by team. Some groups operate with a healthy level of autonomy, while others tend toward heavier oversight and micromanagement.
