Decent Salary and Benefits, thats it. Work here only if you have a good reporting manager

Career Suicide. 7 rounds of interviews for working on good old computer systems. wont switch to new technologies, no matter what. Company generates income by acquiring the smaller competitors. Micromanaged, Badge Entry exits tracked. No career, no growth, political, no recognition, undermined, accused if the employee is smarter than the manager. minimal hikes or none sometimes, Overtime not paid, no time in Lieu. Favoritism, Vacation policy is a joke. Any role can be made redundant anytime, No trust,
