Pros

Working under the old management, with Duncan Neiderauer as CEO, was great. Wonderful communication, open door policy with the CEO, great moral.

Cons

New management doesn't care about it's employees. They don't care to know you, or to hear about your situation. It's safe to say the majority of the current NYSE/ICE employees will be gone by year end. Horrible to see such a historical place crumble under new management.

Good total Compensation and the company is doing great.

Cons

Cons are more towards the team I have been in. Very against automation and writing modular code. Nothing new to learn technically and the most of the tasks were done using obsolete techniques.
