Pros

Great benefits, annual raises and unlimited vacation

Cons

The leadership in D&A is largely ineffective. So many things wrong and nobody driving change.

Pros

Office mates are great to work with. Very professional and focused on building a superior product.

Cons

Corporate policies often interfere with productivity and culture. The return-to-office mandate is frustrating. They are willing to shell out billions to assimilate other companies, but keep a hiring freeze in place, so we're left without key resources.
