Unlimited training and learning resources to use to further you experience. Good managers that want to ensure you are satisfied with your work and help you manage your own goals.

Cons

Lack in ability to be promoted from within. If you want growth opportunity this place is not where you want to look.

- Above average bonus - Prestigious office (Wall Street) - Low turnover of employees - Great hours / work-life balance - Opportunity for career if you put yourself out there

Cons

- Stale technology - Some toxic management to get used to - Hard to get hardware, software provisioned - Excessive red-tape do do anything (releases, requests, etc) - CEO is obsessed with RTO
