Pros

Relatively flat structure, opportunity to work with senior management, good exposure to different parts of business

Cons

Exceptionally lean on staff with huge amount of ‘coasters’, turnover of staff, don’t show any appreciation for good performance, constantly trying to pay minimum possible, very poor benefits, 1 week paternity leave (!)
