Freedom to create and implement process improvements. Job security if you're a top performer.

Cons

Low pay Inflexible schedule: going back to 4 days in the office despite record earnings back to back during Hybrid/Remote years. No career path. It's very difficult to move up. Teams are isolated from each other, with managers as the points of contact.
