      Good WLB. Follows 9-5 stringently They also expect people to stay at the company

      They are pro RTO and they monitor it for each employee proactively The pay isnt great and they dont give any stock options

      The AC works good at work, cant think of any thing else

      The management here is the worst i have ever seen The recent promotions for managers were not formally contested , just given handouts There is no compassion for manager in the team for the same reason. Top managers and good employees have resigned since the last 6 months Toxic environment no room for growth ? or peaceful survival. The onshore managers are not fully aware of what schemes are run by the offshore managers at all
