Incredible Opportunities

Pros

- Vast majority of the people I've interacted with are incredibly dedicated to their job. - The tech stack is fantastic, albeit a bit dated in some respects. This is being addressed and assessed at least quarterly. - Flexible time off policy (manager/team dependent on how much time you'll actually get to take off)

Cons

- Some inconsistent policies. - Pretty siloed off teams, you get a lot of pushback from NetOps for even including them on an email. You learn which individuals to approach for prompt assistance. - In the vein of siloed off teams, you end up with different teams working on the same functionality and wasted work cycles. - Very inflexible on time in the office. 3 days mandatory, and they track the hours based on badge time in office.
