Pros

Great colleagues. Team atmosphere despite the Company not concerning itself with promoting a team like environment.

Cons

HR support of employee concerns is lacking. Bad behavior is ignored. Company is not pro employees. Career mobility is rarely based on merit. Those who move up the ladder are often the ones who know how to ingratiate themselves with the right people. Management does not take the time to teach anyone in a leadership role how to manage one's staff with respect and fairness. You get the feeling that the upper layer is only out for themselves and maintaining their position. Managers are allowed to be verbally abusive and bullying. Social injustice and diversity is not on their agenda.

Pros

I've worked with great people who unfortunately get layoff after the mergers or annual large layoffs.

Cons

I've been part of ICE multiple times from different companies they have purchased and it just always gets worst. You lose your better benefits, PTO days, etc. They just expect you the fix the mess they made by buying all these companies. I'm not sure how the DOJ & FTC let them get away with it as they are becoming a conglomerate.
