      Top heavy management Technology is not cutting edge, techs in Atlanta are embarrassing in front of clients Alienate customers Arrogant Archaic - don't permit working from home at all even for a single day - what century is this? Did I mention arrogant? Clients hate ICE, it was truly embarrassing

      Pros

      The people in the trenches are the only positive thing about NYSE Governance Services. They are hard working, committed to the customer, willing to put in the extra time and go the extra mile.

      Cons

      People tapped to lead this organization are uninformed, out of touch and inept. They completely lack vision. Their communication skills are atrocious and their interpersonal skills are non-existent. They believe that speaking in tag lines and catchy phrases can take the place of substance, industry knowledge and strategic vision.
