Pros

Sponsorship (which is not provided anymore) 25d annual leave

Cons

Bad company culture. Toxic, workplace bully and hr&tl is doing nothing for help. 5days on site. Management level is snob.Low salary, no future. Small firm just bragging all around. No recommend at all. 4 Ppl(including me) left the company on the same day and we were just desperate to run away from there. And another person left in 3days after that. Imagine it

Pros

good insurance policy. decent office.

Cons

1) 5 days work from office. Soon it will be 9 hours mandatory per day. 2) Old employees target new employees to save their jobs 3) They will put you in PIP after completion of your probation period if you join with higher salary. I have seen 5 such cases of new joiners in last month. 4) Old employees do not give proper KT to new joiners. 4) Frequent layoffs. 5) bad transport
