Good pay, awful culture

Pros

Pays well and you can probably coast your entire life there without anyone noticing, if you're into that.

Cons

Misery loves company, and that's a company full of miserable folks. Bad leaders who don't stand for anything and try to disguise the awful culture as part of the job.

Pros

Used to be the bonus, until last year. 1% increment on the base. 4% reduction in bonuses.

Cons

1) CEO is a loser who just follows whatever JP Morgan does, but doesn't have the guts to admit to it. Shows weasel leadership qualities 2) 5 days work from office mandate AFTER JP Morgan announced it. Basically, Jeffrey's telling us he couldn't care less about employees
