People are mostly friendly and down to earth. Minimum politics.

Cons

Sometimes it takes an extra step to get things done or approved. When you know it, it won't bother much.

Pros

Corpedia has many great employees. Almost everyone is willing to help out with projects 401k matching Good healthcare plans

Cons

Due to many recent management decisions the work environment is very negative. Many great employees are unhappy and loosing motivation because of the lack of resources and ridiculous workloads. As mentioned in a past review, this company is very sales driven and at this moment it feels as if the company only cares about revenue which is understandable; but they are forgetting about their employees. The frustration keeps growing creating conflicts between teams and although people have expressed their concern; HR doesn't seem to be taking any action.

Great working env in Asia, it's like one big family.

Cons

It's a disappointment that after the ICE deal, the TECHNOLOGIES group was being drop out.
