Pros

benefits- annual bonus, sick days from the first day and a high number of vacation days, espp program

Cons

the salary is changed only once a year at the annual review so if you got a promotion on February you will work for the same salary a year. when they do change your salary after a promotion, it's much lower than what they would pay to a new employee at the same job.
