Pros

Competitive pay, prestigious name looks great on resume.

Cons

No one really knows what is going on with the recent ICE acquisition. Senior management is pretty quiet - but that may be because they, like the rest of us have no idea of what is really going on. Lots of uncertainty about the future - not good for employee morale.

Friendly community of people who have worked there for decades - everyone knows each other's names

Cons

Has changed since ICE acquisition - NO money spent on talent development, etc anymore
