Pros

Ambitious, talented staff, some still have that entrepreneurial spirit. Learn allot about various markets. Build amazing technology

Cons

As it has expanded much of what made the company an amazing project to be part of has been eroded. Process and admin make you feel like your swimming in mud. A number of middle managers have been brought in, adding additional layers. ICE don't promote talented staff. Staff aren't given time for projects or campaigns. Recent acquisition not buying in to the company mentality.
